1. Purpose of the Site The MTS Plus site is an e-commerce platform that allows users to discover our High-Tech and Home Appliance catalogs, check product availability, place online orders for home delivery within 24h/48h, or choose in-store pickup (Click & Collect).
2. Access and Use of the Site
Access to the site is free for any user with internet access. All costs related to site access (computer equipment, internet connection) are the responsibility of the user.
The user agrees to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information when creating their customer account or validating an order (Name, delivery address, phone number).
3. Intellectual Property All content on the site (texts, images, designs, logos, advertising banners, and graphic elements) is protected by copyright and intellectual property law in Tunisia. Any unauthorized use, copying, or modification of these elements is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal proceedings.
4. Accuracy of Information and Prices
MTS Plus strives to ensure the accuracy of the information displayed on its site (product features, descriptions).
Prices displayed on the site are in Tunisian Dinars (DT). MTS Plus reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with the understanding that products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation.
