Payment Methods at MTS Plus

To ensure a simple, smooth, and completely secure shopping experience, MTS Plus offers you several payment methods adapted to your needs.

1. For Home Delivery

• Cash on Delivery (Upon Receipt): Place your order online and pay the delivery person in cash when they hand over your package. (Note: Checks and bank cards are not accepted by home delivery personnel).

2. In Store (Click & Collect or In-Person Purchase)

If you buy directly or pick up your order at our points of sale in Nabeul, Hammamet (Mrezgua), Baraket Sahel, you have the following options:

• Cash

• Bank Card: Payment by bank card is made in-store only via our payment terminals (TPE).

• Bank Check: Accepted in-store only. For security reasons, each check must be scanned and validated via the TuniChèque system before the merchandise is handed over.

3. Installment Purchase (Taksit Credit): This financing solution is currently being implemented. We hope to offer it very soon to our customers.

Our Taksit Credit Plans:

• Taksit High-Tech (Smartphones, PCs, Tablets...): * Repayment period: Up to 60 months

• Taksit Home Appliances (Large & Small Appliances, TVs...): * Repayment period: Up to 36 months

Conditions and Required Documents: Installment purchases require a file to be compiled. Please visit one of our stores with the required documents according to your profile:

👤 For Employees:

• Copy of National Identity Card (CIN)

• Signed credit application

• Employment certificate stating the client's position (holder) and date of hiring

• 1 recent payslip for public sector employees OR the last 3 payslips for private sector employees

• The last 6 bank statements showing the IBAN (20 digits)

• A recent SONEDE or STEG utility bill

• A pro-forma invoice (issued by our in-store advisors)

👴 For Retirees:

• Copy of National Identity Card (CIN)

• Signed credit application

• Pension certificate

• The last 3 bank statements showing the IBAN (20 digits)

• A recent SONEDE or STEG utility bill

• A pro-forma invoice (issued by our in-store advisors)

💼 For Freelancers/Self-Employed:

• Copy of National Identity Card (CIN)

• Signed credit application

• Recent extract from the National Business Register (RNE)

• Single income tax return for the last fiscal year

• Tax payment receipt for the last fiscal year

• The last 6 bank statements showing the IBAN (20 digits)

• A recent SONEDE or STEG utility bill

• A pro-forma invoice (issued by our in-store advisors)
