Delivery Times and Rates

• Standard Products (Smartphones, PCs, Tablets, Accessories...): * Delivery across all of Tunisia within 24 hours after confirmation (maximum 48 hours in case of unforeseen circumstances).

  • Free for purchases of 300 TND or more.

• Bulky Items (Large Home Appliances & TVs): For large-sized products such as televisions, gas cookers, washing machines, and refrigerators, additional delivery fees apply due to the specific handling and secure transport required.

  • Additionally, a specific timeframe may be necessary. Our teams will contact you directly after your order to schedule delivery and confirm the transport rate with you.

Collection Methods

1. Home Delivery: Our specialized partners deliver to your chosen address anywhere in Tunisia.

2. Click & Collect (Free): Pick up your order at our stores in Nabeul, Hammamet (Mrezgua), Baraket Sahel. This is the ideal solution to avoid transport costs on large home appliances!

Check upon Receipt For fragile and bulky items (TVs, Gas cookers, Washing machines), please carefully check the external condition of the packaging and the product in the presence of the delivery person before signing the receipt.
